Comece por cortar a garrafa a meio, (logo abaixo do rótulo), e continue a cortar cada ranhura (como na imagem).
Start to cut off the top of the bottle. Then continue to cut every second pleat, as the black lines are shown in the picture.

Arredonde as arestas / E pronto! a caixinha está feita, é só dobrar as abas para fechar e ficar com forma de maçã.Cut the edges round / Now the box is done and you can start to fold down the tabs. So that the box get the shape of an apple.

Se quiser também pode pinta com tinta de esmalte acrílica, mas o efeito transparente ficará muito giro, apenas atando com uma fita e um laço.If you want to add some color you can paint the box with color, I used paint that attaches on plastic. You can also add decupage on it.
